1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product you received is not as described on our website.
The item has a major undisclosed defect or damage.
You received the wrong size, brand, or model.
Please note:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered.
All tags, packaging, and accessories must be returned along with the item.
You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.
If these conditions are not met, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Because we sell unique, one-of-a-kind pre-loved items, we cannot accept returns for:
Minor cosmetic wear that was clearly shown or mentioned in product photos/descriptions.
Size or comfort issues due to customer misjudgment. (We encourage using our Size Guide before purchase.)
Change of mind or “no longer want the product.”
We make every effort to describe each item accurately and provide detailed photos so you can shop with full confidence.

3. Return Process
1. Contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or Email.
2. Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue.
3. Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the return shipping process.
4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll process your exchange or refund (as applicable).
Please note that return shipping costs may be covered by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our side.

4. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected:
If approved, your refund will be issued within 3–7 working days via bank transfer or wallet refund.
If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you at your own cost.
Refunds will only be processed for eligible returns approved by our quality control team.

If you’d like to exchange your order:
You may choose another pair of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid).
Exchanges are subject to stock availability since every pair is unique.
In case a replacement is not available, a refund or store credit will be offered.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a free return pickup or replacement, depending on your location and stock availability.

8. Final Note
All our shoes are authentic pre-loved items, individually inspected and cleaned with care.
Slight variations in color, wear, or texture are normal for second-hand products and add to their character.
